As aCompliance Assurance Senior Manager, you will play a key role in driving Zurich’s Compliance Assurance programme across the Europe and Middle East region, helping ensure that Compliance Risks are effectively identified, managed, and mitigated.
In this role, you will play a central role in leading the execution of risk‑based assurance activities,



partner with Local Compliance Officers and business stakeholders, and contribute to the continuous enhancement of Zurich’s Compliance Programme. You will have the opportunity to work across multiple jurisdictions, engage with senior leadership, and help shape a strong culture of accountability, governance, and continuous improvement. Working within a highly collaborative and international environment, you will provide valuable insights that support informed decision making and strengthen the overall control environment.
