Job Purpose

Ensure that the airport operation is fluid and in accordance with Vueling policy, regulations and procedures and that the teams and suppliers have everything necessary to perform their functions to achieve the best customer experience (NPS), Customer Satisfaction, Costs and Punctuality with maximum security

Main Responsibilities - Tasks
- Communicate constantly and make decisions in real time with Handling, Aena, VAS and Customer Response




- Anticipate possible incidents and also manage and report disruption processes in any cancellation
- Ensure that customer service by the teams meets company standards.
- Ensure that the team has uniformity, collect ancillaries, etc. following Vueling rules and procedures
- Perform any other responsibility or function that is assigned inherent to the job.
- Achieve the best customer experience (NPS), Customer Satisfaction, Costs and Punctuality with maximum security and in accordance with Vueling regulations.

Main Relationships
- Handling, Aena, iOCC, VAS.

Experience

3-5 years of Experience Head of Service Handling, on boarding, etc.
