onhunters is looking for a GENERAL MANAGER to join an interesting project in Lanzarote ( Spain) for a one of largest international hotel groups with presence in more than thirty countries for their property a 5* hotel in Lanzarote

Your main duties are planning, coordination and management of all hotel departments and the correct strategic alignment plans established by the international HQ.

Functions:
- Lead the overall management and strategic direction and support all departments in the achievement of exceptional guest service.
- Manage and develop the Hotel Executive team to ensure career progression.
- Adapt, promote and Implement strategies and action plans to achieve the established goals by HQ.
- Revenue Management, control costs and identify areas of opportunity to achieve the business plan.

Requirements:
Essential advanced language skills in Spanish is a must, English shall be considered.
