As a Marketing Trainee at ForwardKeys, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the development and execution of our marketing strategies. You will collaborate closely with our marketing team to build and maintain marketing calendars aligned with sales, consulting, and public relations activities. Additionally, you will:Supports relations with clients and partners on joint marketing initiatives
- Help create engaging content (blog posts, infographics, social media content, reports, presentations) that showcases our solutions
- Assist in managing and optimizing our social media presence.
- Coordinate content across various communication channels.
- Support Media Relations: Aid in managing responses to media inquiries by coordinating with Intelligence & Marketing colleagues and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure timely and accurate responses.
- Assist in Media Interaction Coordination: Track media requests and help prepare the necessary materials to support these engagements, such as updating media kits and compiling information for media responses.



Additionally, assist in maintaining relationships with media contacts to facilitate ongoing communication and enhance public engagement.
- Work on internal stakeholder coordination to ensure that project timelines are met.
- Participate in the upcoming redesign and launch of our company website, contributing to content creation and structure planning.Personal Skills and Experience:
Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields. Additional degree including a Master´s Degree will be an advantageExperience:Prior internship or involvement in marketing projects preferred. Experience in digital marketing or content creation is a plus.Languages: Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of Spanish or other languages is beneficial.Nice to haveInternational experience
