About the Job

As a content moderator, you will review, and moderate content posted on Social Media. You will be part of a team ensuring a competent and excellent content moderation service, in order to grant that all the platform compliance regulations are followed. You will be working on the Italian or Spanish market and helping to build a better experience for our users.

Daily Task and Responsibilities
- Reviewing content (videos, image, text and audio) in accordance with the processes and policies;
- Able to provide services on shift rotation.

Position Requirement
- Fluency in Spanish or Italian (C2 level or Native)
- Professional working proficiency in English (B2 at least)
- EU Passport or holders of valid residence/work permit cards in Portugal
- Availability to work in rotating shifts (40hrs/week)
- Excellent communication skills
