As Assistant Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and management of our student accommodation. You will work closely with the Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities and provide overall support to ensure the success of the property’s performance.

Your Mission
- Provide leadership for the property on all financial and operational activities and assist the Property Manager in their responsibilities as needed.




- Assist in managing all aspects of the property, including maintenance, leasing, tenant relations, and customer service.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to our residents, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure that all units are well-maintained and meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Ensure that any maintenance issues are addressed and rectified in a timely manner, in collaboration with the Facilities & Property Managers.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address any issues or maintenance needs.
- Assist with financial and accounting responsibilities, including but not limited to: preparation of budgets, collecting & entering payments, reviewing & entering invoices for all AP and AR related items.
