Permanent Part-Time Support Worker – Make a Real Difference Every Day

Position Details

- Role: Permanent Part-Time Support Worker
- Availability: Monday – Friday, with 7:30am starts preferred
- Location: Traveling across the West Tamar region, from Riverside to Greens Beach

What You’ll Do

- Provide personal care and medication assistance based on individual care plans
- Assist with domestic support including cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, and general household tasks
- Support community access, such as grocery shopping, appointments, and social outings
- Help clients maintain independence and wellbeing at home
- Record visit notes using our simple mobile app

What You’ll Bring

- Certificate III in Individual Support / Aged Care (or equivalent) for qualified roles




- Current driver’s licence and reliable car with comprehensive insurance
- First Aid/CPR and Working With Children Check (WWCC) (or willingness to obtain)
- National Police Check or NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Comfortable using smartphones or tablets for documentation
- A caring, reliable, and respectful approach to supporting clients

What You’ll Get

- $32.86 – $34.59 per hour + 12% superannuation
- Adaptable part-time shifts between 7:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
- Travel allowance: $0.99/km + daily mobile allowance
