Responsibilities:
Magna Mirrors is looking for a General lead for the digital transformation of manufacturing through the integration of Industry 4.0 and IoT technologies across 22 sites (Americas,



Europe, APAC). The Industry 4.0 & IoT Expert will be responsible for strategy, architecture, and hands-on implementation of advanced automation, connectivity, analytics, and cybersecurity, enabling Smart Factory outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead digital transformation initiatives spanning discrete manufacturing environments, with a focus on integrating Industry 4.0 and IIoT technologies.
- Establish and coordinate Divisional Experts, standard playbooks, and best-practice sharing across multi-site, multi-time-zone operations.

Ensure alignment with divisional goals, corporate architecture standards, and compliance with regional data privacy requirements.
- Construction of the digital transformation roadmap and the ongoing follow-up of its execution. This includes defining key milestones, tracking progress against strategic objectives, and ensuring that roadmap initiatives are adapted as n
