Are you an experienced real estate professional, ready to shine in a fast-moving international team?

We are looking for a highly organized professional with great attention to detail, for a combined role of Portfolio Analyst and Property Administrator. In this role, reporting to Country director, you´ll closely work with the Spanish Asset Management team managing all day-to-day property administration and making sure our core systems are kept up to date with high-quality. As a Portfolio analyst you will also work closely with our Portfolio Finance & Management Central Team based in Amsterdam. You will help to drive the management of our circa 700.000 m² portfolio in Spain and strengthen our leadership in the last-mile logistics real estate market. This is a growing team and company, offering a unique opportunity to gain valuable professional experience.
