The Role:
As a Senior Financial Business Partner - G&A; & Workforce Planning, you'll work closely with our central functions (People/HR, Legal, Finance, Workplace Operations and others) to strengthen planning, support thoughtful spending decisions,



and bring clarity to trade-offs. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll guide group-wide headcount and personnel expense planning, lead G&A; budgeting and forecasting, and share insights that help teams understand the story behind the numbers and confidently decide what to do next.

What you'll do:
- Partner with G&A; leaders as a trusted finance advisor, turning performance data into clear, practical insights
- Coordinate the annual budget and quarterly reforecast cycles for G&A; cost centers in close collaboration with stakeholders
- Deliver monthly reporting and variance analysis, highlighting context, key drivers, and recommendations
- Own and continuously improve the group-wide FTE and personnel expense (PEX) model, including scenario planning
- Work closely with HR and functional leaders to maintain an accurate, up-to-date headcount plan across teams and geographies
