Salary: €2,000 - €2,500 gross per month (employed via Spanish company - taxes and social security included)

Contract: Permanent

We are seeking a Live-out Housekeeper for a busy private family residence in Marbella, Málaga.

You will be contracted to work 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work occasional Sundays.

You will be responsible for planning and managing your own weekly schedule, ensuring both daily upkeep and larger cleaning tasks are completed efficiently. The role requires someone proactive, organised, and capable of working independently without supervision.

Flexibility may occasionally be required, and larger deep-clean projects will always be discussed and organised in advance with the family.

Due to the location of the property a driver is required.

Duties and Responsibilities:




- Daily cleaning and scheduled deep cleaning across all levels of the home
- Maintaining bedrooms and bathrooms to a high standard
- Care of furnishings, surfaces, glass, and appliances
- Manage all laundry requirements, including washing, ironing, bedding, towels, and family clothing
- Plan and execute weekly linen changes and towel rotation
- Deep cleaning of mattresses, carpets, and upholstery using specialist vacuum equipment
- Organise wardrobes, cupboards, cabinets, and storage areas
- Keep kitchen areas, pantry, and fridge clean and well organised
- Manage household supplies, including groceries, pantry items, and cleaning products
- Place orders for household goods when required
- Daily coffee preparation and preparation of fruit, snacks, or smoothies
- Prepare ingredients for dinners several times per week
- Occasional preparation of simple evening meals
- Keep children’s bedrooms tidy and organise toys when required
