The mission of this role

Drive the strategy, development,



and success of Quadpack’s general Skincare category by combining deep market understanding, packaging expertise, and strong analytical and marketing skills to build a competitive and sustainable portfolio. You will collaborate across functions to bring meaningful skincare solutions to market.

Key Responsibilities
- Category Strategy & Portfolio Management:Define the skincare category segmentation and growth priorities, build and manage the product roadmap (innovation, renovation, rationalization), analyze market and customer insights, monitor portfolio profitability, and drive continuous performance improvement.
- Business Development:Identify new market opportunities and support Sales with tailored value propositions; lead customer-facing sessions and key meetings to secure new business; collaborate with Sales to define commercial priorities and activation plans.
