About the role

This role is designed for someone who wants to grow into a General Manager position, not step into a predefined corporate box.

You will join DPE at a very early stage of our Spanish expansion and play a key role in launching, shaping, and scaling the business. While your initial title will be Business Development Manager - Spain, this is not a classic sales role.

It is a broad, business-building role with a clear and structured path toward becoming General Manager of DPE Spain, based on results,



ownership mindset, and leadership potential.

What You Will Be Responsible For:
- Supporting the launch and development of DPE’s operations in Spain, with a focus on Costa del Sol
- Defining and executing the commercial and sales strategy for the Spanish market
- Actively building the sales pipeline and managing long, consultative B2C sales processes
- Recruiting, onboarding, and developing the first local sales team:
- Working closely with HQ to adapt pricing, processes, and offers to the Spanish market
- Cooperating with local partners: architects, engineers, subcontractors, and service providers
- Gradually taking ownership of business KPIs, including margins, conversion rates, and revenue growth
- Helping shape internal processes, workflows, and systems as the business scales
