Position Description:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Expert (“Problem Solver” level) who combines deep technical expertise with strong business acumen. This role will act as a go-to escalation point for complex reporting, modeling,



and performance challenges.

This is a key role where business stakeholders directly observe outputs and expect excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards and semantic models
- Build optimized data models using DAX, Tabular models, composite models
- Solve performance bottlenecks and long refresh issues
- Work closely with data engineers to optimize data consumption
- Translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Establish best practices for governance, workspace management, and security
- Guide stakeholders on data storytelling and insight generation

Workplace:This is a remote role requiring full-time Eastern timezone working hours and can be based in Ontario, Alberta, or British Columbia

Must Have Skills:
- 6+ years in BI / analytics roles
- 4+ years deep hands-on Power BI experience
- Expert-level DAX and data modeling kno
