Santander Digital Services is looking for an AI Transformation Lead based out of Madrid.

This role drives enterprise AI initiatives end-to-end, combining AI product leadership, technical architecture, and hands-on development. You will design, prototype, and scale AI systems that deliver measurable value in a regulated banking environment.

To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for:
- Identify high-impact AI opportunities across business units and define AI roadmaps.
- Translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions with measurable success metrics.
- Develop AI prototypes and production components using Python.
- Implement RAG pipelines, embeddings workflows, and orchestration logic.
- Design, test, and optimize prompts, including templates, guardrails, and evaluation frameworks.
