About the Role:
Key Responsibilities
- Define and deliver end‑to‑end IT/OT automation solutions aligned with business, quality, and performance requirements.
- Design future‑proof automation concepts and shop floor equipment ready for seamless IT/OT integration.




- Lead implementation and integration of IT/OT solutions across multiple manufacturing sites globally.
- Ensure solutions meet stability, scalability, security, and Good x Practice requirements throughout the lifecycle.
- Own detailed solution design, delivery, qualification, and day‑to‑day operational readiness for projects.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high‑impact automation outcomes on time and budget.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance automation solutions, services, and user experience.

Essential Requirements
- Extensive experience delivering general automation or digital manufacturing solutions within complex industrial environments.
- Strong hands‑on expertise with platforms such as Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition, Historian, and Manufacturing Execution Systems.
