A Day in the Life:Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) is where it all started in Medtronic. We are designing, producing, selling, and servicing implants and technologies for cardiac rhythm disorders as well as heart failure. Examples are implantable monitors/loop recorders, pacemakers, cardiac defibrillators, telecardiology equipment. Innovation is key in Medtronic, and to optimally serve doctors and patients, the product pipeline is in continuous evolution. CRM is offering a wide product portfolio to (cardiac) surgeons, interventional cardiologists, and electrophysiologists for state-of-the-art treatment of cardiac diseases.

As a Sales Representative within the Cardiac Rhythm Management Team,



you will be responsible to maintain and develop Cardiac Rhythm Management business with existing and new customers in line with the Iberia Business Manager and business strategies in your defined sales territory while meeting or exceeding financial and non-financial targets, in a way that enhances Medtronic’s reputation in the market.
The working territory will be the Canary Islands (Tenerife and Lanzarote), and you will be preferably located in Tenerife.

- Analyze the marketplace, develop an effective territory/account sales strategy, and present the strategy to management to gain approval for implementation
- Perform all activities to maximize sales (in line with the sales strategy), from product introduction and presentation to contract negotiation. As well as identify, prepare, and execute upcoming tenders
