About the Company

We are an international supplier and manufacturer of medium and high‑power electrical transformers. We partner with manufacturing facilities that have over 40 years of experience, using European components (ABB, Siemens, etc.) and Swiss production technology. Our products meet German standards (KEMA, CESI, FGH) and are built for energy efficiency, long service life, and reliable performance.

We are now expanding our presence in Spain and looking for experienced freelance sales professionals with a background in the electrical / industrial sector to represent our brand and acquire new clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage target companies: industrial plants, data centers, engineering firms (EPCs), utilities, and large facilities.
- Manage the full B2B sales cycle: prospecting, initial contact, technical presentation, negotiation, and closing.
- Advise clients on custom transformer solutions (distribution up to 5000 kVA, power up to 1000 MVA, plus commissioning, spare parts, and disposal services).




- Coordinate with technical team to answer complex specification questions and provide expert support.
- Build long‑term client relationships, navigating the long sales cycles typical of the transformer industry.

Idóneo Profile
- Proven experience in B2B technical sales of electrical equipment - transformers, medium/high voltage switchgear, industrial machinery, or similar.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Technical knowledge to confidently speak with engineers, maintenance managers, and plant directors.
- Strong negotiation skills and a focus on building long‑term partnerships.
- Based in Spain and willing to travel within the territory as needed.
- A network of contacts in the industrial, energy, or infrastructure sectors is a strong plus.
