Your Impact and Responsibilities:
As our new Inside Sales Engineer, you will become part of the technical department in our Spanish subsidiary, supporting customers, distributors, and internal sales teams across different international markets.

You will play an important role in both technical project execution and customer support, working closely with colleagues across engineering, sales, production, and logistics.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Studying, designing,



and supporting HVAC projects through all project phases
- Providing technical support and training to customers and the sales network
- Preparing technical and commercial quotations tailored to customer needs
- Reviewing technical specifications, drawings, and project requirements
- Coordinating orders and projects with production and logistics teams
- Following up on customer inquiries, leads, and quotations
- Supporting commercial activities together with the sales organization, including occasional customer visits, project meetings, training sessions, and travel activities when relevant
- Supporting workflow and process improvements to strengthen efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Collaborating closely with international colleagues and Outside Sales Engineers
