Your role

As F&B; Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full Food & Beverage operation, ensuring exceptional service standards, operational efficiency, and strong team leadership across all outlets.

What you will do:
- Oversee daily F&B; operations across all outlets
- Ensure consistent delivery of luxury service standards and guest experience excellence
- Lead, train, and develop F&B; teams, fostering a strong service culture
- Monitor financial performance, including budgets, costs, and revenue targets
- Implement and maintain SOPs, service standards, and operational procedures
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth overall hotel operations
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in service and guest experience




- Handle guest feedback and ensure prompt resolution of issues

Requirements:
- Passion for hospitality, luxury service, and high-end F&B; operations
- Proven experience in F&B; management roles within 5 hotels or premium hospitality environments
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and manage teams
- Excellent organizational and operational management skills with strong attention to detail
- Solid financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue ma
