As a Congress & Event Coordinator at TIPMed, you will provide foundational support for the execution of uSummit projects — TIPMed's proprietary conference management platform built for the pharmaceutical industry. Under the direction of Congress & Event Specialists and Leads, you will assist in day-to-day project tasks, helping to ensure that deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.

This role is an excellent entry point for individuals looking to build a career in pharmaceutical event management and project coordination. You will develop a working knowledge of the uSummit platform and standard operating procedures while contributing to a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.

Requirements & Qualifications
- 0–1 year of experience in an administrative, event support, or project coordination capacity; internship experience considered
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field applicable to meeting planning or project management
- Assist with client-facing materials and communications as directed




- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Eager to learn and able to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures
- Reliable team contributor with a positive, can-do attitude
- Comfortable flagging questions or concerns to a Specialist or Lead in a timely manner
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks with close guidance
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for technology and/or meeting and conference planning
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic familiarity with common file formats (DOCX, XLSX, PDF, MP4, MP3, etc.)
- Strong work ethic, professional demeanor, and a genuine desire to learn and grow
