Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the financial transformation at a dynamic payment service provider. As the CFO, you will drive the development of the finance function across multiple legal entities. You will play a crucial role in building and automating finance processes, implementing ERP systems, and partnering with senior management to enhance financial visibility and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the transformation and development of the Group’s finance function across multiple legal entities.

and automate core finance processes, including month-end closing, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Lead the implementation of ERP and financial management systems and ensure finance processes are structured and scalable.
- Establish strong internal controls, reporting standards, and processes in line with international best practices.
- Oversee treasury, safeguarding, regulatory reporting, and external audit processes.
- Take a hands-on approach during the transformation phase, building the function and processes before moving into a more strategic leadership role.
- Partner with senior management and other functions to improve financial visibility, controls, and decision-making.
