Role Description
This full-time on-site role, based in Sevilla, focuses on structural design, BIM implementation, and civil works for a variety of infrastructure and building projects. The Civil Engineer will develop and review structural calculations and drawings, coordinate BIM models, and prepare technical documentation following applicable codes and standards. Daily tasks include collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, supporting project planning and scheduling, and providing technical input during all project phases, from conceptual design to construction and commissioning. The role also involves monitoring work quality on site, resolving technical issues, and maintaining clear communication with contractors, clients, and internal stakeholders. The engineer will contribute to continuous improvement of design processes, tools, and project delivery methods.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to apply engineering principles to structural and civil works.
- Experience working as part of teams of Civil Engineers,



contributing to coordinated project delivery and multidisciplinary collaboration.
- Skills in Planning for civil projects, including scheduling, resource coordination, and alignment with project milestones and budgets.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management and related hydraulic aspects, supporting sustainable and compliant infrastructure design.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Proficiency with structural analysis and BIM/design tools (e.G., Revit, Tekla, SAP2000, ETABS, or similar).
- Familiarity with relevant Spanish and European design codes and regulations.
- Ability to work on site in Sevilla, with strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
- Previous experience in structural design, BIM projects, or civil construction works is highly valued.
- Professional proficiency in Spanish; working knowledge of Englis
