Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Art Manager to lead and support a team of artists. This role is primarily focused on people management, team development, performance, staffing, and creating a healthy and effective working environment for artists.
The Art Manager will help artists grow their skills and careers, establish clear expectations, manage team capacity,



and ensure the team is organized to support the broader creative goals of the studio. While the role will collaborate with production and development partners, its primary responsibility is the success, wellbeing, and development of the art team.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of artists across one or more disciplines.
- Establish clear expectations, goals, and standards for individual and team performance.
- Provide regular feedback, coaching, performance reviews, and career guidance.
- Monitor team health, morale, workload, and engagement.
- Identify risks related to burnout, capacity, motivation, or team dynamics and address them proactively.
- Support hiring, interviewing, onboarding, role definition, and organizational planning.
- Manage team structure, staffing needs, succession planning, and resource allocation.
