Business Analyst / Consultant – ERP (JD Edwards) We are looking for Business Analysts to support a general pharmaceutical transformation programme.

The role will focus on translating business requirements into functional solutions across finance, controlling, ordering, and indirect procurement , with particular expertise in JD Edwards .

Start Date: 1 November 2026 Duration: 12 months with a possible extension Location: Madrid, Spain Working Model: Hybrid – 2–3 days per week in the Madrid office Languages: English and Spanish required Key Responsibilities Translate business requirements into clear functional requirements and effective process solutions.

Support finance, controlling, ordering, and indirect procurement processes.

Work with JD Edwards as the primary ERP platform; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365/Navision is an advantage.

Support business process transition and integration towards SAP .





Collaborate with global and local stakeholders, as well as Shared Service Centre teams.

Support GxP-regulated processes within a pharmaceutical environment.

Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams.

Contribute to a project-based transformation environment through 2027/28.

Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within finance, procurement, ERP, or business transformation.

Strong experience with JD Edwards ; Oracle/JD Edwards experience is highly desirable.

Proven experience translating business requirements into functional requirements and process improvements.

Strong understanding of finance, controlling, and procurement processes , particularly indirect procurement.

Experience working with Shared Service Centres and geographically distributed teams.

Pharmaceutical or GxP experience is strongly preferred.

Exposure to SAP transformation or migration projects is an
