As a Communications Business Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to one of our key business units in Wind Power. We are open to candidates from various locations within Europe as we believe that diverse perspectives strengthen our team . Your day may involve preparing executives for town halls, supporting organizational change initiatives, developing employee engagement campaigns, or shaping communication strategies that drive business priorities.



You will translate complex business topics into compelling narratives, ensuring employees understand the direction of the business and their role in its success. Working in a dynamic and collaborative environment, you’ll partner across functions, regions, and communication teams to strengthen both internal engagement and external visibility while supporting the growth of the renewable energy industry. Occasional travel may be required for this role.
