For this reason, we are looking for a Data Engineer (ETL/SQL/BI) with at least 4-5 years of experience performing similar duties to join our Data Team in Madrid. Design and build impactful Power BI reports and dashboards (Operational, Strategic & Analytical) using DAX, Power Query, and advanced data modelling. Define and implement best practices, guidelines, and repeatable processes to drive efficiency and quality. Deliver insights that help the business monitor KPIs and make informed, data‑driven decisions. Creating complex DAX calculations and measures to support data analysis. Ensuring data security and compliance with best practices. Troubleshooting and resolving issues in Power BI reports Ensure the reliability and performance of developed reports and dashboards for both internal and external users. Strong expertise in T‑SQL (advanced level) and performance optimisation. Solid experience with ETL processes. Proficiency in developing and tuning Power BI dashboards, datasets, DAX, and SQL for optimal performance.
