About the roleThe Platform Team builds and maintains the critical internal foundation that powers CAST AI's product. We provide engineering teams with a reliable, scalable, and observable‑by‑default platform, enabling them to focus on building features rather than managing infrastructure. As the company scales,



we ensure the platform evolves to support a growing organization and increasingly complex business requirements.
Requirements
Software engineering skills, ideally with Go, but not a hard requirement as long as you’re willing to transition to it.
Experience in platform engineering, with familiarity in technologies such as CI/CD systems (e.G., GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Argo CD), infrastructure as code tools (e.G., Terraform), and container orchestration tooling (e.G., Kubernetes, Helm, Docker).
Experience with IaaS building blocks in any of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in a production environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
