Position Overview

Join a leading general business services enterprise in Barcelona as a Google Ads Sales and Onboarding Specialist. You will act as a trusted advisor to B2B clients in the German market, onboarding new advertisers, consulting on performance PPC campaigns, and driving product adoption to maximize ad spend and campaign ROI.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: €26,000 gross/year base + €4,000 performance bonus (unbound accelerators over 100%).
- Relocation: Flight included + private studio accommodation provided. (1 month)

Key Responsibilities




- Onboard new B2B clients and design strategic, high-performing Google Ads campaigns.
- Drive revenue growth via consultative outbound sales, upselling, and optimizing ad spend.
- Manage a high-volume account portfolio daily using Salesforce/CRM tools.
- Exceed sales KPIs, activity targets, and churn-reduction goals in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
- Languages: C2 German and fluent C1 English.
- Experience: 2+ years in B2B sales, account management, or digital marketing (PPC/Google Ads).
- German Market Expertise: Strong grasp of German business etiquette, digital marketing ecosystems, and GDPR compliance.
- Skills: AI tool integration for outreach, solid analytical acumen, complex ROI negotiation, and a BA/BS degree (Marketing/Comms preferred).
