What We're Looking For
Fluent English is essential
Additional European language highly desirable
Proven success in sales with strong negotiation and closing skills
Experience listing, presenting and selling luxury property is advantageous
Ability to build strong relationships with high-net-worth clients
Professional, confident and highly presentable
Excellent communication and digital literacy skills
Knowledge of the Marbella and Costa del Sol property market is beneficial
Valid Spanish residency, driving licence and own vehicle
