This is a full-time position. Growth Strategy & Planning Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan, leveraging an optimal mix tailored to German market nuances for sustainable brand growth. Collaborate with design, performance, finance,



and e-commerce teams to forecast market needs accurately and localize campaigns, boosting brand visibility and engagement. Enhance customer experience by analyzing feedback and implementing improvements across the customer journey (e.g., Market Analysis & Reporting Utilize market data and KPIs for strategic decision-making. Track campaign performance across various channels, generating monthly reports and conducting daily sales analysis. Provide monthly analysis, diagnostics, and feedback on promos, performance, UX/UI, Paid Campaigns, and Influencer Activations. Propose improvements to drive conversions, build Brand Awareness, and optimize customer experience to meet targets.
