Provide operational support to the La Plaza Project Manager in coordinating and supervising the day‑to‑day operations of this key Fan Zone area, ensuring the efficient operation of food & beverage outlets, entertainment spaces, and public services, while facilitating coordination between suppliers, operational teams, and internal departments.
Support the Project Manager in the planning and coordination of La Plaza operations throughout the Load‑In, Event Operations, and Load‑Out phases.
Coordinate communication between suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure the operational plan is delivered effectively.
Monitor the condition and operational readiness of facilities, including food & beverage outlets, bars, furniture, stages, public seating areas, and guest services.
Work closely with Food & Beverage operators, entertainment providers,



and other suppliers to ensure the successful delivery of services.
Coordinate with the Production, Security, Cleaning, Access Control, Guest Experience, and other operational departments to ensure the smooth operation of La Plaza.
Support the coordination of the operational staff assigned to the area, assisting with task allocation and operational follow‑up.
Prepare operational progress reports and incident reports throughout the event.
La Plaza operational monitoring plan, where applicable.
The Supplier shall provide the Services as an independent self‑employed professional, organising independently the resources and methods necessary for their performance, without prejudice to the coordination required with Fever .
