Job Description As a Marketing Coordinator , you’ll support the delivery of marketing activities across the business and region. This is a permanent role, adecuado for a marketing coordinator who enjoys being close to execution, working with structure and detail, and building experience within a collaborative, fast‑paced team.
This role is a key enabler for the marketing plan execution, ensuring smooth coordination of materials, events, logistics, and cross‑functional activities in a regulated MedTech environment. Support execution of marketing plans by coordinating materials, timelines, and deliverables
Manage development, adaptation, approval (Medical, Legal, Regulatory), and distribution of marketing content and assets
Maintain and update marketing tools, content libraries,



and sales enablement materials in line with compliance standards
Track budgets, manage purchase orders, and support invoice processing
Support post‑event follow‑up, reporting, and performance tracking
Experience in a marketing coordination or specialist role
Exposure to events, collateral and digital marketing activity
Strong organisation and project‑coordination skills
Fluent in English
