About the role We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer to join our Technology Department. We seek talented, motivated individuals eager to contribute to the development of secure, scalable and high‑performance backend services that power our internal and external solutions.
You will join the IT Mkt & Sales team, which manages the database powering our Mkt Prospects generation platform. Design and execute robust test strategies, both automated and manual.
Develop and maintain end‑to‑end and performance tests using tools like Rest Assured and K6.
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers and tech leads in agile environments.
Contribute to the definition of product quality and testing strategy.
Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies and bring a strategic mindset to QA processes.
Break the platform – exploratory testing is key to uncovering unexpected issues.
Candidate profile You are a QA Engineer with strong expertise in quality assurance practices and automation frameworks. You understand how quality strategies impact real‑world operational processes and product reliability. You have a proactive mindset, contributing to the definition and evolution of QA strategy rather than only executing tests. You thrive in collaborative, multicultural environments,



ensuring quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle.
3–5 years in QA Automation roles.
~ Backend test automation using Rest Assured.
~ Experience with Jira, Jenkins and Bitbucket.
~ Strong analytical mindset for designing test strategies.
~ Experience working in agile environments (Scrum).
~ Strategic contribution to quality definition.
~ Fluent in English and Spanish.

Performance testing with K6.
Frontend automation using WebDriverIO.
Problem Solving and Analytics – strong at structuring complex problems through quantitatively sound analysis, demonstrating exceptional business and commercial judgment. Communication – active listener, with high emotional intelligence and decision‑making ability with discernment, who communicates clearly and effectively, projecting credibility, capable of influencing stakeholders across various levels. Hybrid model – two days per week from home and the rest at our Tech Hub in Alicante. Plus benefit from two fully remote weeks per year and shortened Fridays all year round (until 15h).
