Our mission is to drive business success by helping clients achieve their goals, and were looking for a proactive and driven German-Speaking Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic team in Spain. If you are passionate about sales, fluent in German, and eager to help grow our client base, we want to hear from you!
As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base and contributing to the company's growth. Lead Generation: Identify, research, and prospect potential clients in German-speaking markets through multiple channels (cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, etc.).
Qualifying Leads: Engage with prospects to understand their needs, qualify their interest,



and assess potential fit with our offerings.
Schedule and manage meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified leads.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions in the companys CRM system.
Fluency in German (native or near-native level) and English .
Prior experience in sales, business development, or a related role (1-2 years preferred, but ambitious entry-level candidates are also welcome).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills confident in engaging with prospects via phone, email, and video calls.
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus but not essential.
A passion for sales, customer engagement, and developing new business opportunities.
