Resposabilidades

3+ years of hands‑on advanced analytics experience, ideally in heavy industry
Advanced Python programming with clean, modular, maintainable code
Proven ability to implement and maintain MLOps pipelines for model integration and deployment
Strong DevOps/backend skills including CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible
Self‑starter with excellent organizational skills and ability to drive tasks to completion
Data‑driven decision making grounded in facts and logic
Ability to produce high‑quality outputs (presentations, models, articles)
Excellent English communication, with adaptability to different audiences and seniority levels
Willingness to work outside traditional hours and take on short‑notice projects
