As a Documentation Specialist (Technical Writer), you support participants of the electronic trading and listing platforms of Bolsas y Mercados Españoles (BME) and SIX Swiss Exchange. We are seeking a Technical Writer with a Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field. The position is full‑time (100%) based in Madrid and involves close collaboration with the Documentation Team in Zurich. Create and maintain technical documentation to support the technical help desks of these services.
Perform various internal documentation tasks, including creating, reviewing, and finalizing documents using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Adobe Designer.
Publish content and maintain the Member Section.




Strong experience in technical writing, document lifecycle management, and structured content creation.
Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Adobe Designer; knowledge of SAP CRM and Confluence and experience with SAFe/Agile project management methodologies is an advantage.
Excellent English skills; Spanish and German language abilities are considered strong advantages.
Able to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise content for various audiences. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and version control.
