This is an 18-month secondment/fixed term opportunity.
You will lead change management processes and deliverables in support of the o9 project for a specific Business Unit for all the functions. You will be collaborating with leaders and colleagues at all levels within the BU and the regional project team. Localize and lead the execution of change management plans aligned with integral and regional S4/o9 plans and organizational goals.
Assess change impacts across all functions and define mitigation measures such as trainings and communication for a smooth change.
Build change capability in teams through coaching and partnership.
Own accountability for end user training within the BU - ensuring people are invited, trained, tracking attendance and completion, and monitoring effectiveness.
Own the upskilling journey of Key Users and Champions as their primary point of contact - calling upon Functional Change Leads for content support when needed. Organize & co-host trainings and assess readiness.
specifically, experience of complex MEU / Global projects with cross functional collaboration.
Experience managing and influencing senior executive stakeholders, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels in the organization.
Knowledge, experience and exposure to best practices in change management principles and experience of managing and participating in large-scale business change initiatives.
Training/instructional experience via managing delivery of training programs.
This is an 18-month secondment/fixed term opportunity. The S4/o9 project is a multi-year, global program to transform business capabilities via SAP S/4 Hana and o9 Planning Transformation.
This role sits in the MEU S4/o9 Change Management structure and will work closely with your regional and functional S4/O9 team.
The candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and occasional uncertainty, making a real impact with visibility within MEU .

Change Management Accreditation a significant advantage.
Transformation and/or Change Management Experience
Proven track record in working cross functionallyacross the business/ in projects
Strong network within the company and understanding of MEU and BU WoW.
