Our Spanish team is expanding once again, and now we are looking for a driven and engaging Area Manager to join our talented team in Barcelona. In this role, you will hold Team Lead responsibility for our 4 colleagues in Barcelona, by focusing on coordinating and managing the commercial direction while still playing an active role in sales activities. Lead and develop the team – Coach, support, and inspire a skilled sales team with an inclusive leadership approach.
Negotiate and secure business – Lead negotiations and design strategies that contribute to sustainable growth.
You combine commercial drive with a genuine passion for developing people and fostering a collaborative, high-energy culture. You are confident in both written and spoken communication and bring the professionalism and credibility needed to engage with asset owners and senior stakeholders.
