An established and rapidly growing European technology company specialising in
EV charging infrastructure
is expanding its commercial footprint across Europe.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial
Regional Sales Manager
to take ownership of the
Southern European markets
, with additional responsibility for selected neighbouring countries.

This is not simply an account-management position. We are looking for someone who can
open doors, create relationships, identify opportunities and turn an emerging market into a scalable business
.

The position can be based remotely in Benelux, with extensive travel across the assigned markets.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Our client is an established European technology business with more than two decades of experience developing and supplying advanced EV charging solutions.

Its portfolio covers




AC charging solutions up to 22 kW and high-power DC charging systems up to 1,200 kW
, supplied to international customers and partners across multiple markets.

With the European EV charging market entering a significant phase of expansion, the company is now investing heavily in further international growth.

Southern Europe are key strategic markets.

You will be given significant autonomy to develop these markets, establish strategic partnerships and create new revenue streams.

YOUR MISSION

As Regional Sales Manager, you will be the commercial driving force behind the company's expansion across the Southern Europe regions and selected neighbouring markets.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute the regional sales strategy across Southern Europe & neighbouring markets
- Identify and acquire new strategic customers and business partners
- Build relationships with
Charge Point Operators (CPOs), EP
