Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical field.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a bias toward data‐based decision making.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Clear communication with developers, business owners, and senior leaders.
Excellent SQL or other query language skills.
Experience in agile software development.
