Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Leader with solid experience in highly automated industrial environments. This role is responsible for leading and developing a technical team to ensure the operational continuity of production, maximizing equipment availability, reliability, and performance. The position is aligned with BD Excellence and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) principles, promoting a culture of operational excellence, continuous improvement, and strong leadership. The Technical Leader will drive maintenance strategies (PM & AM), optimize spare parts management,



and collaborate cross-functionally with production and engineering to eliminate chronic losses and improve asset performance.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
Lead, coach, and develop the technical team, ensuring alignment with plant and company objectives. Foster a culture of accountability, safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. Motivate team members to achieve high standards in quality, service, and cost efficiency. Ensure compliance with all established procedures and best practices.
Operational & Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Production and Engineering to support daily decision-making and ensure effective technical support. Participate in TMS meetings, providing engineering status updates and aligning on priorities, resources, and timelines to eliminate losses. Evaluate support provided to production areas and implement improvements when required.
