The Campaign Execution team is the operational engine of Graitec's Growth Marketing function. We translate marketing strategy into always-on, measurable programs that generate pipeline and drive revenue across 13 countries. The team spans marketing automation, content,



email execution, program operations, and global campaign delivery.
We are transitioning from a leading Autodesk reseller into a global IP software company — and marketing is central to that transformation. We have brand presence, a large customer base, and a growing product portfolio. We run programs — launches, events, seasonal pushes — and we run them well. But we have not yet built the always-on growth engine that compounds over time: the lifecycle programs that never stop nurturing, the automation plays that respond to buyer signals in real time, and the performance loop that tells us what to scale and what to cut. The Marketing Director (Global Campaign Execution) builds and leads the integral marketing execution engine that converts audience engagement into qualified pipeline — evolving Graitec from discrete campaigns to always-on, AI-enabled growth programs that compound over time.
