In this role you will play a key part in organizing and managing programs for leading international medical and scientific conferences – and other professional fields.
You will be part of a dedicated project team, working closely with scientific chairs and committees to guide complex programs from conception through execution. This position is ideal for someone who wants to build expertise and long-term relationships with integral stakeholders,

Support the preparation and management of all aspects of the scientific program, including program proposals and submissions
Manage written communications and publications (promotional, print, and online) related to the program
Create, edit, and proofread English content for conference publications
Oversee the scientific program across digital platforms (e.g., abstract systems, mobile apps, virtual platforms, webcasting, recordings, voting), including updates and quality assurance
Minimum 2 years of professionalexperience in program management, project coordination or a similar event planning role (experience with scientific or medical conferences is a plus);
Strong written and spoken English – Professional level;
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with additional software for progra
