To update and maintain the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and other systems supported by the colleague resources (CR) team ensuring data integrity and process quality, supporting new releases, providing application administration, participating in functional testing for upgrades and implementations, and performing data analysis.
Acts as a liaison on HRIS configurations; prepares reports, graphs, charts, analysis, and statistics in support of CR operations.
Translates business requirements through analysis and design into functional solutions.
Researches and analyzes data to identify trends, uncover data discrepancies, find potential opportunities, and partnership areas with internal stakeholders, and coordinates training and answers stakeholder queries.
Performs system administration through group data updates, exports, imports,



clean-ups, and research and reports on data discrepancies.
Engages regularly with the Workday online community, submits brainstorms, and keeps CR leadership up to date on relevant information.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or a related field from an accredited college or university preferred.
Five (5) years of related experience including three (3) years of experience with database migration and/or integration and large-scale, complex datasets with an emphasis on data reporting and analytics preferably in business operations or human resources or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Knowledge of data mining and creating/optimizing operational analytics and data models; SQL preferred
Basic understanding of ServiceNow and case management
Strong Visio, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel proficiency, including formula and macro skills
