As Financial Controller, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day leadership of our Finance function,ensuring the business has the financial insight, controls, and reporting needed to make confident decisions. Reporting to the Finance Director and leading a team of five, you'll be a trusted partner to leaders across the business, helping drive performance, profitability, and sustainable growth.




You'll oversee everything from financial reporting and cashflow management to budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and team development, ensuring Finance operates as a proactive and commercially focused business partner. Lead, develop and inspire the Finance Team, creating a high-performing culture with clear priorities and accountability.
Produce and critically review management accounts, providing meaningful analysis and insight to support decision‑making.
Lead budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting activities, working closely with department leaders across the business.
Drive cashflow management and working capital performance through effective forecasting and controls.
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control and wider transactional finance activities.
Ensure robust financial controls are maintained, with all balance sheet accounts appropriately reviewed and reconciled.
