Business Development Representative - EMEA
We're looking for an energetic, curious, and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing integral team. As part of the Business Development function, you'll play a pivotal role in driving net new pipeline growth across EMEA through a mix of inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting. Develop new business opportunities through proactive outbound outreach (email, phone, social, events) across key EMEA markets.
Qualify and follow up on inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and high‐quality engagement.
Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to uncover pain points, assess fit, and convert leads into qualified opportunities.
Territory & Account Development
Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in the CRM to ensure visibility and forecast accuracy.
Participate in regular coaching sessions with the Head of Business Development to continually refine messaging, qualification, and closing techniques.
Performance & Metrics
Consistently achieve or exceed targets for qualified pipeline contribution and associated closed‐won business.




Track activity metrics (calls, emails, connections, meetings) and continuously optimize outreach for performance and impact.
3+ years of experience in a sales, business development, or SDR/BDR role (preferably in B2B SaaS or hospitality technology).
Bilingual in Spanish, French, and English (other languages a plus).
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills—comfortable engaging senior‐level decision makers.
Proven ability to manage high volumes of activity while maintaining a focus on quality conversations and outcomes.
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Apollo, HubSpot).
