Brand & Web Designer
Spendesk is an AI‐powered spend management and procurement platform that transforms company spending. We are looking for a talented Brand & Web Designer to join our Marketing team, reporting to the VP of Marketing. This role collaborates closely with the Product Design team to ensure consistency and excellence in our digital presence. You will be instrumental in optimising and evolving our website to drive growth, conversion, and brand impact. Design, develop, and maintain our marketing website, ensuring a seamless and compelling user experience across all devices.
Collaborate with Product Design to ensure visual and functional consistency with our product interface and brand guidelines.
Support cross‐functional teams with brand design assets as needed for campaigns, events, and digital content.
Develop and own the website A/B testing roadmap; Analyse test results and use data‐driven insights to iterate and enhance web pages.
Champion CRO best practices, fostering a culture of experimentation and learning within the marketing team.
Partner with Growth and Performance Marketing to design landing pages and website flows that drive acquisition and revenue growth.
Support the Brand team with design work where applicable,



ensuring all outputs align with our visual identity and tone.
Work closely with the Product Design team to align on design systems, patterns, and best practices.
Deliver a best‐in‐class website experience that supports our brand and growth strategy.
Contribute to strong alignment between Marketing and Product Design to deliver a unified customer experience.
Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills and experience creating conversion‐focused websites.
Analytical & data‐driven: Experience with A/B testing tools and web analytics.
Skilled in modern web design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite) and basic front‐end knowledge (HTML/CSS).
