Munich Re Madrid is responsible for Non-Life technical accounting and claims handling services for Iberia, Latin America, Caribbean and Italy. Review of claims notifications based on the Reinsurance terms and conditions and verifying calculations from our clients (insurance companies and reinsurance brokers).
Processing the claims in our SAP systems
Ensure data quality and perform claims quality checks.
Close cooperation with Claims Managers, claims consultants, the Business units and the Reinsurance Accounting International Organization
Participate in challenging projects and working groups globally if applicable
Degree in administration, finance, economics or business sciences; recent graduates or individuals with less experience are also welcome.
Expertise in MS-Office, particularly Excel, and in SAP tools
Good knowledge of Spanish and English (written and spoken). Italian and/or Portuguese is highly valued
Being prepared to evolve into the role of Client Accountant by expanding the knowledge in the technical accounting area.
