About The Role The Customer Project Manager is responsible for leading the post-sale technical deployment, onboarding, and operational success of Wallbox’s AC and DC charging solutions. This role drives project execution by managing implementation milestones, coordinating cross‑functional engineering teams, and solving complex infrastructure and service challenges within critical ecosystems like Data Centers. Acting as a resilient, trusted partner, the CPM ensures high customer satisfaction (CSAT) by successfully bridging the gap between customer technical requirements and physical installation delivery.
Lead technical project onboarding, including customer training, technical documentation,



and initial deployment roadmap execution.
Ensure smooth installation, commissioning, and integration of AC and DC products.
Drive customer satisfaction (CSAT) by demonstrating high resilience and leadership in escalation management, resolving critical infrastructure incidents (e.g., hardware faults, supply/parts issues) in close coordination with Technical Support and Field Service teams.
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Services teams to ensure smooth prospect‑to‑customer transitions and long‑term success.
Work with cross‑functional teams (Hardware, Software, Validation) to ensure project feasibility and execution.
Track project milestones, manage risks, and ensure deliverables meet quality and timing objectives.
3–5+ years in B2B customer‑facing roles (Customer Success, Account Management, Pre‑Sales, or Project Management), preferably in infrastructure, energy, or EV charging.
~ Strong relationship management and consultative skills.
~ Technical understanding of hardware/software solutions, ideally in energy or mobility.
~ Familiarity with public tender processes, regulatory frameworks, and large contract negotiations.

Strong problem‑solving and project management skills.
Spanish + English Speaker.
